JMap allows for the deployment of client applications of different natures, using various technologies, such as Java or Ajax as well as modular extensions (geocoding, tracking, etc.) and connectors. This makes it possible to have different interfaces based on the needs of the organization and the type of user. A light (google-like) and vector client is demonstrated here.
Light Client (AJAX - Open Layers)
JMap’s light clients are very performant, require no installation, and are easy to use. Often used for the general public and mobile applications.

Vector Client (Java applet)
JMap's vector clients provide advanced tools. The clients can be personalized with different options, extensions and connectors and customized and integrated to other applications with JMap's development environment (SDK). Requires a 1.6 virtual Java machine to run this demo (a wizzard will guide you throught the intallation if needed). The first time you start the demo, a security message will ask for the authorization to run the JMap applet.
Anonymous access or identified log-in for context creations. USERNAME=user1 or user2 and PASSWORD=jmap

Mobile Client (Blackberry)
JMap’s mobile applications allow Blackberry users to navigate on a map and locate themselves through the device’s GPS. They are primarily destined for professional applications development. The mobile client needs the OS 4.3 or higher to run. Touchscreen devices (Storm) are also supported.
